• Fire Coins have no real-world monetary value whatsoever
• Fire Coins cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed
• FireDragonLuck reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue Fire Coins at any time without liability
• You have no property right, title, or interest in any Fire Coins credited to your browser session

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FireDragonLuck, including but not limited to designs, graphics, game mechanics, text, logos, and software code, is the intellectual property of FireDragonLuck and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FireDragonLuck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FireDragonLuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Since no real money is involved, FireDragonLuck expressly disclaims any liability for financial loss or harm arising from use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time by simply closing your browser. Clearing your browser's local storage will remove your saved Fire Coin balance.
